Dwelling Lease

Applications are accepted on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only.

Please have the following on the day of applying:

Birth certificate- all family members
Social Security Card- all family members
Drivers license or photo id - all adult family members
Proof of income- i.e. check stub, copy of SSI or DIS check, SS award letter
Copy of marriage license - if applicable
Copy of divorce papers - if applicable
Copy of legal separation papers - if applicable
